Alexandra is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping others succeed. Since joining AEC in 2023, she has been committed to supporting students and colleagues alike, ensuring everyone has the tools and guidance they need to achieve their goals. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Alexandra always goes the extra mile to create a positive and supportive environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, and loves being outdoors.

Outside of work, he leads an active lifestyle, whether that’s training in Muay Thai, hitting the gym, or spending time outdoors. When he’s not being active, he enjoys exploring his artistic side through painting and drawing.
Waggie Alquiros
Director of Student Success and Strategic Partnerships
Waggie brings a diverse background in computer science, teaching, and business administration, combining technical expertise with a passion for student development and organizational growth. He focuses on creating engaging learning experiences and building strong community connections across private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Outside of work, he describes himself as a classic couch potato who loves watching old movies, TV series, animated shows, and playing video games with his son. He also enjoys long strolls through grocery aisles and discovering hidden gems in thrift stores.
Natalia Chitsvarina
Program Coordinator
With over 14 years of teaching experience at international universities in the fields of social sciences, education, and medicine, Natalia has extensive knowledge in social, educational, clinical, and abnormal psychology. Currently serving as Program Coordinator, she oversees the planning, organization, and management of educational programs, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes through innovative teaching methods and student support.
Previously a professor of psychology, she taught and conducted extensive research in developmental, clinical, and social psychology. As a former clinical psychologist, Natalia combined her practical experience with academic research.
She enjoys hiking, nature, travelling, and spending time with her family.

Sergey Chitsvarine
Student Advisor
Sergey completed the Object Oriented Software Development program at SAIT and currently serves as a Student Advisor and Receptionist at Alberta Educational Centre. In his role, he provides guidance and support to students while also proctoring certification exams through Pearson VUE and Certiport.
He is presently working toward his CompTIA certifications to further strengthen his technical expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through regular workouts and exploring new restaurants across Calgary.
